"GeoHealth" means the clinic management software platform, including all associated web applications, APIs, and services provided by Zevaras.
"Zevaras" means Zevaras Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 with CIN U62099TN2024PTC187975.
"Clinic" means the healthcare practice, hospital, or medical facility that subscribes to GeoHealth.
"User" means any individual (doctor, nurse, receptionist, administrator) authorised by the Clinic to access GeoHealth.
"Patient Data" means any personal or health information relating to patients entered into GeoHealth by Users.
By registering a clinic account, clicking "Accept," or using any part of GeoHealth, the Clinic and each User agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GeoHealth.
The person registering on behalf of a Clinic represents that they have the authority to bind the Clinic to these Terms.
GeoHealth provides a cloud-based clinic management platform that includes:
GeoHealth is a software tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions are the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare professionals using the platform.
GeoHealth is offered on a subscription basis. Applicable fees and plan details are communicated at the time of onboarding and may be updated with 30 days' written notice.
Subscription fees are payable in advance. Failure to pay within the due date may result in suspension of access. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable GST.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at Zevaras's sole discretion.
The Clinic is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all login credentials and OTP codes. Each User must be a current employee or authorised representative of the Clinic.
The Clinic must promptly remove access for any User who leaves or is no longer authorised. Zevaras is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from the Clinic's failure to manage User accounts.
The Clinic is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) for all Patient Data entered into GeoHealth. Zevaras acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the Clinic.
The Clinic is responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from patients before entering their data into GeoHealth, and for complying with all applicable data protection and healthcare regulations.
Zevaras will process Patient Data only as directed by the Clinic and in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Zevaras will implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect Patient Data.

GeoHealth and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Zevaras Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants any licence to use Zevaras's intellectual property except as required to use GeoHealth as intended.
The Clinic retains all ownership of Patient Data and clinical records entered into GeoHealth.
Zevaras will make reasonable efforts to ensure GeoHealth is available at all times. However, Zevaras does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend the service for scheduled maintenance, security updates, or emergency fixes. Notice will be provided where practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zevaras's total liability to the Clinic for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the Clinic in the three months preceding the claim.
Zevaras is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or clinical outcomes, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
GeoHealth is a software tool. All clinical decisions, prescriptions, and medical judgements are the responsibility of the licensed professionals using the platform. Zevaras accepts no liability for clinical outcomes.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Zevaras may terminate or suspend access immediately if the Clinic breaches these Terms.
Upon termination, the Clinic may request an export of its Patient Data within 30 days. After this period, Zevaras may delete the data in accordance with its data retention policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Zevaras may update these Terms from time to time. Clinics will be notified of material changes with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of GeoHealth after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
